The Hot Zone Part 4
The last part of this book was very subtle and a good wrapping up point to make the story go full circle. The imagery and of Kitum cave was suburb. Robin MacDonald was an odd character. His dialogue was always interesting and seemed charismatic. The very last line, "it will be back" was a very dark and realistic comment to make. The ending of this book was satisfying. It was quite sad learning about the elephants that lived near Kitum cave even though it had nothing to do with Ebola. My only question is when will ebola be back?

I liked the ending lines, I think it made the book more realistic.
ReplyDeleteI think the last comment definitely did its job in making the reader wonder. that's what I did not like about the end. Id rather know right now where it came from and if it could come back. The end was indeed very subtle and I wish it provided more closure. I wonder when it will be back as well. Tomorrow? This year? A decade....century...? And if it DID come back would it be deadly to humans?
