Animal that has a segmented body- An animal with a segmented body that has a different type of motility in contrast to an animal with propulsive movements |
Modified stem of a plant- Its in a plant is usually a part of the above ground parts of the plant called shoot. They perform special functions and are usually transformed into non-stem forms. |
Phloem- Its tissue in plants that conduct sugars and other metabolic products downward from the leaves. |
Long-day plant- A plant that requires light for a longer period than usual, in order to produce a flower. |
Cambium- A formative one-cell layer of tissue between xylem and phloem in most vascular plants that is responsible for secondary growth |
CAM plant- These kinds of plants fix carbon dioxide during the night, storing it as the four-carbon acids using it for its adaptation purpose |
Mycelium- This is the closest thing i found to a mycelium |
