The Hot Zone Part One

When I read the first part of the Hot Zone it was rather discusting.  It had very good detail which left me with a picture in my head the whole time (which sometimes was disturbing).  I learned that this disease spreads fast with an unknown source and I don't think I will ever go to Africa any time soon. Im still wondering if it is that easy to get and if this disease will ever come to the United States.

    A similar disease did come to the Unted States, you find that out later in the book. It did not cross over into the human population though; it stayed in the monkeys. Hopefully I didn't ruin any of the story for you by saying that.
