Modified Root of a Plant (Number 1)
The modified root of a plant is the organ of a plant that typically lies below the surface of the soil, but also can above the ground, which is called "aerial" or " aerating". The modified root of a plant is a part of a plant body that bears no leaves, and therefore also lacks nodes.

Modified Leaf of a Plant (Number 2)

The modified leaf of a plant is the flattened structure of a higher plant, typically green and bladelike, that is attached to a stem directly or a stalk. A leaf is a part of a plant or tree attached to the stem or branches.

Modified Stem of a Plant (Number 3)

A modified stem is a specialized or transformed stem. It is a plant organ that is usually a portion of the aboveground parts of the plant collectively called shoot, but in some species they are underground.

Animal that has a Segmented Body (Number 4)

Segmentation in biology refers to the division of some animal and plant body plans into a series of repetitive segments. An animal that has a segmented body is specifically using the examples of the phyla Arthropoda, Vertebrata, and Annelida.

Adaptation of an Animal (Number 5)

An adaptation of an animal is the adjustment of living matter to environmental conditions and to other living things either in an organism's lifetime (physiological adaptation) or in a population over many many generations (evolutionary adaptation). Also, it is the ability of a species to survive in a particular ecological niche, especially because of alterations of form or behavior brought about through natural selection.
