Commensalism

Commensalism is when two species live symbiotically with one species benefiting, while causing little or no harm to the other organism. For example, people and seagulls partake in commensalism. Seagulls hang out in parking lots and on beaches, eating food that humans leave behind. The seagulls get food (albeit food that's probably not good for birds to be eating, but food nonetheless) while humans are not typically harmed in any way.
