Spore


Fungi reproduce by spreading their "spores" into the wind, which will grow and develop into new fungi. Spore reproduction is similar to most plant reproduction, for many Spores are spread from the parent, as are seeds from plants, except a spore does not need to be fertilized.

These large white spores are developing into the large red mushrooms, seen in the picture.
