Animals that possess segmented bodies are generally insects, such as Centipedes or Millipedes.
A segmented body allows easier body growth, by just being able to add another segment.
Centipedes have one leg on each side of each segment, and poisonous front claws.
Millipedes have two legs on each side of each segment.
I am not sure what these are, I found them when digging in my yard for worms, I am sorry they are blurry.
