Dominant vs. recessive phenotype

Me, and my parents eyes are an example of dominant vs. recessive phenotypes. My mom has the dominant trait for brown eyes while my dad has the recessive for green/blue eyes! Also my mom and I have small widows peaks while my dad does not, which is another example of these phenotypes.
