Seed Dispersal [Wind]

One of the methods of seed dispersal is through wind.  The seeds of these dandelions have a feathery pappus attached to their seeds so that the wind can carry their seeds for long distances.  Dandelions also produce a lot of seeds so that the chances of their seeds blowing to areas where the seeds can germinate is bigger.
