The Hot Zone Part 4
This was the dullest part of the book, and I did not particularly care for it. All of the action was terminated by this point, and all that really happens is he enters the cave, looks around, and eaves. He should have at least done gained samples of where the virus could have originated, so it could be tested and the source would be found. I learned some things about AIDS, but nothing notable. My question is rhetorical, as no one knows the answer, but when will another virus this deadly surface and spread? I say that, because the recent outbreak did not spread.
I also thought that the ending of the book was nothing special, I wish the book would have at least had an exciting ending.
ReplyDeleteI completely agree with both of the ending was really boring compared to the rest of the book. I didn't really see the point of him going into the cave either. Sadly with all the deforestation and misuse of animals going on a deadly virus could surface at anytime.
