hydrophilic- Salt is a hydrophile which means it is polar and cannot be dissolved by water.

Homeostatis- Humans can regulate their body temperatures and this process is called homeostatis.

Heterotroph- Humans cannot fix carbon or use organic carbon for growth therefore we are heterotrophs.

Hydrophobic- Oil is nonpolar and cannot be dissolved in water therefore it is a hydrophobe.
