Final 10 photos

Vestigial structure: My friend pictured here had his appendix removed, and the appendix is a vestigial structure because it lost its original function

Homologous structure x2: The arms on this dinosaur and my brother are both from a common ancestor.

K strategist x2:  Turtles are K strategists, as they have few offspring and long lifespans.

Bilateral symmetry x2: This stingray has bilateral symmetry, as if you divided it down the middle the two halves would be the same.

Hydrophilic: This lemonade mix is hydrophilic, as it readily mixes with water.

Glycogen: A substance deposited in bodily tissues as a store of carbohydrates, which is what will happen after I eat this bread.

Amniotic egg x2: These are embriotic eggs, as the birds develop inside and there is a shell.

Population x2: These ducks are the population of this pond, as they are all the animals from a certian species in a place.

Connective tissue: The skin between fingers is connective tissue, as it connects the fingers and hand.

Exoskeleton: Turtle shells are exoskeletons, as the shell is external and supports the animal's body.
