Stigma and Style of Carpel: Carpel - female reproductive organ of a flower. Style - a narrow, typically elongated extensionof the ovary, bearing the stigma. Stigma - recieves pollen during pollination. On this flower, the stigma and style of the carpel is shown in the upper left. It is the curly one.
