Cambium

(The cambium layer is the layer at the very top of Harry's left ear.) Cambium in plants causes the stem and roots of a plant to grow larger in girth. Cambium stimulates the production of xylem and phloem. (Also, sorry that Harry is so obnoxiously distracting in this picture.)
